ICE continues March Guidance for Fall School Term

Dear students,

On July 24th, SEVP and ICE announced guidance for schools and international students. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement will continue to follow guidance issued in March for the fall semester, which allows international students currently in the U.S. to continue online-only based instruction.

On the 6th of July, SEVIS has announced SEVP modified temporary exemptions for nonimmigrant students taking online courses during fall 2020 semester.
