Principles of Ministry Leadership – ThBA

This course introduces principles of biblical and theological leadership. Students will examine servant leadership, spiritual formation, vision casting, ethical decision-making, team development, conflict resolution, and sustainable leadership practices within ministry contexts. .

This course introduces the foundational principles of Christian ministry leadership. It explores biblical models of leadership, spiritual character, servant leadership, and practical skills needed for effective ministry in churches and Christian organizations. Students will examine leadership principles demonstrated in Scripture and apply them to contemporary ministry contexts.
