Prospective students must complete and submit the official Application for Admission. The application form requires basic personal information, educational background, and the program of study the applicant wishes to pursue.
2. Provide Academic Transcripts
Applicants must submit official transcripts from previously attended high schools, colleges, or universities. These transcripts help the admissions committee evaluate the applicant’s academic qualifications and readiness for the chosen program.
3. Submit Supporting Documents
Applicants may be required to provide additional documents such as:
- A copy of a government-issued identification or passport
- A personal statement describing their educational goals and ministry calling

4. English Language Proficiency (for International Students)
International applicants whose first language is not English may be required to demonstrate English proficiency through recognized language tests or other approved methods to ensure they can successfully complete academic coursework.
5. Interview or Admission Review
In some cases, applicants may be invited for an interview with the admissions committee. This interview helps assess the applicant’s motivation, academic goals, and commitment to Christian ministry and education.
6. Admission Decision
Once all application materials have been received and reviewed, the admissions office will notify applicants of the admission decision. Accepted students will receive an official admission letter and further instructions for enrollment.
7. Enrollment and Registration

8. Additional Steps for F-1 International Students
Students applying for an F-1 international student visa will receive guidance on obtaining the required immigration documents, including the Form I-20, which is necessary to apply for a student visa to study in the United States.
